Green field projects from conception to production

1. Duracell Batteries (Gurgaon, India) : ​

   • Setting up the plant infrastructure for utilities, electrical distribution, power generation, HVAC, lighting​

   • Design automation and electricals for high speed battery manufacturing equipment

   • Design the automation for process areas for battery manufacturing

2. General Motors (Spring Hill, Tennessee, USA)

   • Design automation for a new engine launch assembly equipment to be utilized as a standard for all General Motors projects.​

   • Support OEM in Japan to create automation templates for PLC and HMI applications

   • Develop documentation to create automation standards for PLC programming, HMI systems, networks, safety programs.

   • Automation for upgrade of plant utilities for capacity increase​

   • Design automation and electricals for baby food high speed manufacturing line

   • Design the automation for batch processes and process applications for baby food

   • Controls Integration for new assembly equipment with existing plant equipment.

   • Support OEM for development of controls and automation to defined standards.

   • Modernization and upgrade of an old gear manufacturing plant to new automation standards.​
3. Prince Rupert Grain Ship Loading Terminal (BC, Canada)
   • Upgrade of legacy PLC 5 controllers to ControlLogix platform (Over 40 racks converted to new platform)​
4. Prince George (BC, Canada)
   • Upgrade of legacy PLC 5 controllers and field I/O to newer ControlLogix and distributed I/O​
5. Pfizer (Kalamazoo, MI, USA)
   • Migration of legacy Wonderware and legacy Rockwell SCADA to the PlantPAx standards​
   • Development of Distributed controls architecture using Virtualized servers for a redundant SCADA solution deploying 16 VM's for a Rockwell PlantPAx redundant solution.
6. Lamb Weston (USA/Canada)
   • Develop a standard solution on Virtualized Servers for FactoryTalk Historian implementation to be adopted for 17 locations in USA/Canada​

   • Worked with Rockwell Automation developing PLC and HMI solutions for integration and control of Powerflex 7000 drives with Rockwell controllers and HMI's for applications as listed below.​

     • Synchronous Transfer (Single/ Redundant drives for multiple starters)​

     • Load Sharing (Control of multiple drives as Master/Slave for long conveyors)

     • Parallel Drives (Multiple drives driving a single motor on Master/Slave)

     • Test Stands for configuring and controlling different size motors with a single drive.
